Shipping and deliveries

Shipping will be £3.99 for UK orders and £4.99 for all international orders

Orders will take 1-2 business days to process. This processing time includes quality checks and replacing batteries if neccessary.

UK orders will take 1-4 days to arrive after processing

International orders will take 3-10 days to arrive after processing

Customs and Tax charges

Unfortunately we are unable to cover the customs and tax charges that may be incurred so please review your local customs and tax policies before ordering any item, as you will be responsible for them and you may be charged

If there is a refusal to pay these charges it will result in the item being returned and not delivered. If we receive the item back in the same condition it was initially sent out in, we will refund the amount, however if any costs have occurred for it to be returned, that will be taken from the amount initially paid to cover the costs.

Refunds and Returns

All sales will be final and no refunds will be accepted, except in the circumstance of non delivery with the conditions mentioned above.

Packages which haven't arrived

All packages will be tracked to ensure they reach their destination securely. If a parcel does not arrive please contact us and we will try our best to assist in getting it back to where it should be. However in some instances you may need to contact your local mail providers.

Items arriving damaged

All our products are thoroughly inspected before being packaged securely so they can arrive in the same high quality condition they are sent out in.

We are not responsible for damages which take place whilst being shipped.
